# Wangyudian Sports

> Guangzhou Wangyu Dian Trading Co., Ltd., registered in Guangzhou, China, in 2016, prints custom football shin guards with your photo, name, number or club crest, from one pair to a full squad, at US$12–15 per pair with custom printing, shipping, VAT and other import charges included (only the applicable EU €3 customs duty is extra), and every pair is inspected before dispatch. > It buys the guard shells from an external supplier; its own team prints, assembles and packs them. Shops, online sellers, clubs and schools order customer designs, team sets, retail stock or private label; personal pairs and gifts start at one pair.

> About half of customers are individuals; clubs are about 30%, and schools and teams about 10% each.
> Custom printing began in 2017. Current output across all orders is 30 to 200 pairs a day. The team has six people, including three in customer service; artwork is drafted for approval before printing.
> One recent club order involved 22 pairs and two rounds of artwork changes. Artwork and timing for each new order are agreed with the desk.
> Artwork preparation usually takes 24–48 hours. Up to two standard design preparations are free. If you confirm two designs without placing an order, each further design preparation costs US$2; ask the desk about any charge before additional design work starts.
> For 20–100 pairs of standard printed guards, production is usually completed in 1–3 days after artwork approval. Mixed sizes and different prints on each pair do not extend this estimate. Other quantities and custom development are quoted separately. Shipping usually takes 7–15 days after dispatch.
> The design is yours: a photo, a name, a number or a club crest, printed by sublimation on the front shell. Mini shin guards, shin guard sleeves and pocket socks, numbered football socks, printed shirts and other clothing are made to order alongside the full-size guards. Sizes are published in centimetres. Send ordinary pictures and copyable text in any language; no print template or minimum image resolution is required. Wangyudian prepares and crops the artwork for your approval. Long names can be resized or split over lines, with no fixed character limit.
> One pair or a few pairs go from approved artwork to production and dispatch without a separate physical sample. Samples are agreed for larger orders.
> If the fault is Wangyudian's, a misprint or a wrong size against your list, you can choose a replacement or refund. For a lost or undelivered order, contact the desk to arrange a replacement or refund. Send the order reference and tracking information for a delivery check.
> Price detail: the US$12–15 per pair range covers custom-printed guards. Only the applicable EU €3 customs duty is extra. For eligible EU consumer consignments with a total intrinsic goods value of no more than €150, it is €3 per customs item line, regardless of the number of pairs on that line. Grouping depends on tariff classification, description and, where required, origin. Each consignment is assessed separately. Above €150, normal customs rules apply; €3 is not a bulk-order duty cap. Your quotation gives the exact price before you order.
> For bulk orders, pricing and who covers customs duty can be negotiated; the quotation states any change to the standard price inclusions before you order.
> Smooth and honeycomb guards have the same thickness. Frosted guards are thinner and mainly for collections and keepsakes. Do not wash guards or expose them to high heat; sleeve machine washing is not recommended and sleeves must avoid high heat.
> Custom shell shape, shell colour and foam thickness are separate tooling projects with higher minimum quantities and roughly 3–6 months for development; scope, minimum and fees are quoted. Custom boxes normally start at 500 boxes.
> Socks, sleeves, sets and optional packaging are quoted separately. There is no minimum order quantity for printing on standard catalogue guards.
> Lead time and minimum order quantity depend on the product; your quotation states each for the item you are ordering.
> Payment: you pay the cost of goods in full when you place the order, and any other charges on your quotation in full before the goods ship. Payment is by bank transfer to the seller named on your proforma. Your quotation and proforma name the seller who contracts with you and invoices you.
> International shipping is available. Send the destination, product and quantity for a quotation. The guards are declared under HS code 9506.91 (China export code 9506919000). The custom shin guards have not been tested, and no product test reports are available. Certificates can be applied for if needed. Tell us which certificates you need with your enquiry; the scope, cost and timing are quoted for your order.
