Wangyudian lays out your photo, name and number for you. Wangyudian then sends a design draft for your approval before printing. Approve it in writing. Send the original image, without processing or filters. The clearer the picture, the better the print. A blurry file prints blurry. Use the same photo on both guards, or two different photos, one on each. Leave out the name, the number or the photo if you prefer. Add a team badge or logo, text, a name or a number. Put anything else in the notes. Send only images, names and logos you own or have permission to use. If a design looks like it belongs to someone else, the desk will ask before printing. Wangyudian lays out your photo, name and number, crops the picture to the guard shape and sends a draft. Approve it in writing and printing starts. Printing by sublimation. For 20–100 pairs of standard printed guards, production is usually completed in 1–3 days after artwork approval. Mixed sizes and different prints on each pair do not extend this estimate. Printing starts once you approve, and production time runs from that approval. ## Choose the order route For one pair or a few pairs, approve the artwork and Wangyudian moves directly to production and dispatch: no separate physical sample is needed. For a larger order, a physical sample can be agreed before production. Its all-in price and any credit against a following production order are agreed on the quotation. Small orders and the larger-order sample route ## Wangyudian prints your order Your approved design is printed by sublimation into the front shell of each guard, by hand, pair by pair. For 20–100 pairs of standard printed guards, production is usually completed in 1–3 days after artwork approval. Mixed sizes and different prints on each pair do not extend this estimate. Your quotation states the timing for other quantities or custom development. Keep the approved draft as your reference for a repeat order. Wangyudian keeps designs for six months, so you do not need to send the artwork again while it is retained; a new design draft still goes to you for approval before production. Each repeat order starts a new six-month retention period. Read about design retention. ## Packing and shipping Wangyudian's own team handles printing, assembly and packing. Every pair is inspected before dispatch. Give the delivery address, the destination country and the packing you want. Production time and transit time are separate. After dispatch, shipping is usually 7–15 days, as a guide, not a guarantee; the destination and channel timing are quoted for your order, and your quotation names the packaging and the shipping mode. ## What to send today Send the picture you have. The clearer it is, the better the print; there is no minimum image resolution. A lower-resolution picture can be used if you accept its appearance in the design draft. A photo | An ordinary picture is fine. Send the best copy you have; a clearer picture gives a clearer print. A club logo or team crest | The original vector file, or the largest image file your designer gave you. Names and numbers | Copyable text in any language, spelled exactly as you want it printed. Long names can be resized or split over lines in the draft. One photo or two | The same photo on both guards, or two different photos, one on each. Kids usually take full-size XS or S, teenagers S, and adults M. Mini XS, Mini S and Mini M are a smaller format with their own chart below, not the kids' end of the full-size range. Measure the shin to choose, and ask the desk when a player sits between two sizes. The chart gives the guard's own length and width. Your shin measurement is longer than the guard: send it to the desk and the desk names the size. Shin guards, or shin pads, use the same size labels here. Shin length. Measure standing, from just below the kneecap to just above the ankle bone. Give the figure in centimetres. Send both. A sample is quoted all-in, the pair and its shipping in one figure. When a production order follows, the sample fee may be credited back; the terms are agreed on the quotation. The seller named on your quotation and proforma is Guangzhou Wangyu Dian Trading Co., Ltd., or RyanFulfil, the fulfilment company behind the desk, where that suits your order. Currencies. Quotations are issued in USD, EUR, GBP or SGD; other currencies on request. Payment. Payment is by bank transfer to the seller named on your proforma. Bank details are issued once, on the proforma, and never changed by email; if you receive a changed account, message the desk on WhatsApp before you pay. Organisations. Read how customisation works for the five steps around it. ## What can be printed Your design is printed by sublimation into the front shell. The print goes into the surface of the shell, not on top of it. A photo. One photo across the guard, or several photos combined into a collage on one guard. A name. A player name, spelled as you type it. A number. A squad number. A team badge or logo. Your club crest or your brand mark inside the design. Text. Wording of your choosing. Your own full design. A finished design of your own, laid out across the shell. The name, the number or the photo may each be left out. Say so in your message. For match use, read the artwork rules for organised matches before approving the draft; gifts and keepsakes are separate uses. Prefer no print at all? Plain white unprinted guards and plain white unprinted sleeves are listed options. ## Artwork for organised matches IFAB Law 4 (2026/27) prohibits political, religious or personal messages and images on players' equipment. Player names, numbers and team emblems are usually permitted, subject to the applicable rules; competition rules may further restrict size, number and placement. Agree the exact design with your competition organiser before ordering for match use. Wearing guards under socks does not remove the artwork rules. Permission to reproduce an image or logo is a separate matter. Approving a print draft settles the print only: it says nothing about protective performance or match eligibility. ## Choosing a photo Ordinary pictures are welcome. The clearer the picture, the better the print; there is no minimum image resolution. If a lower-resolution picture looks acceptable to you in the draft, it can still be used. The best copy you have. Send the photo itself where possible. A clearer image gives a clearer print. A lower-resolution photo. It can be used when you accept how it appears in the design draft. A life photo works. An everyday photograph of your own is a normal starting point. One photo or two. The same photo on both guards, or two different photos, one on each. Up to three photos. Three on one guard is the practical limit; one or two is usual. A collage. Send the separate original files and say how you want them arranged. Rectangular pictures are cropped to suit the guard's irregular shape. Put layout notes, colour notes and any other instruction in the notes with your files, then approve the crop on the design draft. ## Left and right Full-size guards are supplied as a left and a right. That gives you two shells to design. The same design on both. One photo, or one club design, repeated across the pair. A different photo on each. Two pictures, one per guard. Say which goes where. For one pair or a few pairs, approve the design draft and Wangyudian can produce and dispatch the order directly. Physical samples are available for larger orders when agreed before production; see the larger-order sample route. ## Names and numbers Send the name, number or other wording as copyable text, spelled exactly as you want it printed. Text in any language can be copied from the wording you supply. There is no fixed character limit. For a long name, Wangyudian can resize it or split it over lines; the design draft shows the spelling and layout before you approve it. On a team set, each guard is printed with the player's first name, the squad number and an L or R marking. Send one line per player: name, number and shin length. The size guide sets out what to measure. ## The design draft Artwork preparation usually takes 24–48 hours. You approve the crop, spelling and layout before printing. Read the design preparation and fee policy before requesting additional work. The design draft is the layout of your photo, name and number on the guard, made from what you sent. Wangyudian sends it for your approval before printing. For a squad route, see team and club sets. The worked example below shows how to review exact text, player numbers, picture cropping and left/right placement. Read every detail: each name, each number, the colours and the position on the shell. Ask for changes first. Say what you want moved, resized or respelled before you approve anything. Approve the crop and layout. Once you approve, printing starts and later changes may not be possible. Approve in writing. Approve the draft in your chat or email thread. Printing follows your approval. Keep the approved draft. It is your reference for a repeat order. Wangyudian keeps designs for six months. Each repeat order starts a new six-month retention period. For a repeat order using a retained design, you do not need to send the artwork again, and Wangyudian sends a new design draft for your approval before production. Read how design retention works. Colour. Colour follows your file: each pair is printed by hand and is not matched to a Pantone or other colour reference. Screen colour and printed colour differ, so look closely at the colours in the draft before approving it. Larger orders can also have a physical sample where agreed before production. ## Worked example: from roster to approved draft Fictional example. These four names and numbers are only a practice exercise. They are not a customer order, size assignment, production proof or approval. For one pair or a few pairs, approved artwork can go directly to production and dispatch. For a larger order, a physical sample can be agreed before production. Replace every field with your own details; do not submit this fictional roster. ## Designs you have the right to print Send only images, names and logos you own or have permission to use. If a design looks like it belongs to someone else, the desk will ask before printing. A club crest is printed on the club's instruction. If you are ordering for your own team, say so when you send the crest. If you are unsure, send your own photo, name and number. ## What to send today Send what you have. What the guard itself is Each guard is a PP shell with a soft EVA foam liner filling the back. Your design is printed by sublimation into the front shell. Full-size guards come in a smooth or a honeycomb surface. Honeycomb is a moulded hexagonal relief under the print. Mini guards come in a matte (frosted) surface, and Mini M is also offered smooth. See team and club shin guards. ## A larger-order sample for a retailer or brand Three routes carry a brand: retail stock, your own house design, and private label with your brand on the printed guard and on the pack. ## One pair per reference If you agree a sample route, take a sample of each catalogue reference you plan to stock, not one pair for the whole range. The surfaces and the sizes differ. ## One pair per route A retail-stock design, a house design and a private-label pack are three different things to look at. Agree a sample for the route you are actually buying. ## The reference pair Keep the approved sample as a reference for the production run when it reaches you. Plain white unprinted guards and plain white unprinted sleeves are listed options, so a plain larger-order sample can also be agreed. Read the three routes on OEM / ODM, or the buying notes on retailers and kit suppliers. ## Cost, currency and payment Where a larger-order physical sample is agreed, it is quoted all-in, the pair and its shipping in one figure, and shown again on the proforma. When a production order follows, the sample fee may be credited back; the terms are agreed on the quotation. You pay the cost of goods in full when you place the order, and any other charges on your quotation before the goods ship. Payment is by bank transfer to the seller named on your proforma. Add rows as needed. For an initial quote, use the team enquiry form with pair counts and sizing status. One line per player is enough: First name · squad number · shin length in centimetres Measure the shin length standing, from just below the kneecap to just above the ankle bone, and give the figure in centimetres. Add each player's age with the line, because the desk uses both to name the size. You do not need to send the left and right marks. Wangyudian prints an L and an R on the pair, and full-size guards are supplied as a left and a right. Use your own player details. It does not assign sizes or provide an order form. For your own order, send the actual roster, each player's shin measurement and age or age group, and the desk names the reference, size and surface. Your quotation states packing, price inclusions, shipping service and timing. Build a team enquiry ## Sizes across an age group Kids usually take full-size XS or S, teenagers S, and adults M. That is guidance: the measured shin length decides, so send a figure for every player rather than a single size for the squad. When a player sits between two sizes, ask the desk before you order. Do not round the measurement yourself. Mini guards are a separate format, in Mini XS 8 × 5 cm, Mini S 10 × 6 cm and Mini M 12 × 8 cm. Send the original vector file, or the largest image file your designer gave you. Photos can go on the guards too: a player photo, the same photo on both guards, or two different photos, one on each. The photo, the name or the number may each be left out. You do not need print-ready artwork, because Wangyudian lays out your photo, name and number and sends the draft. Names can be resized or split over lines, with no fixed character limit. Send each name as copyable text in the language you want printed, then read every spelling and layout in the draft. Tell us your destination and any documentation requirements with your enquiry. ## Extra pairs later A player who joins after the set is printed can be added as a single personalised pair, quoted the same way as a one-pair order. Wangyudian fulfils single-pair personalised orders. Wangyudian keeps designs for six months. Each repeat order starts a new six-month retention period. For a repeat order using a retained design, you do not need to send the artwork again, but Wangyudian sends a new design draft for your approval before production. Read how design retention works. Keep the approved draft from the squad run as your own reference when asking for a fresh quotation. Identify the previous design, catalogue reference and surface. Say how many extra pairs you need. Give the destination, packing and required arrival date again; ask the desk for the current price and timing. For a new player, send the exact name and number, plus shin length and age group for sizing. Point out every change, including the badge, photo, layout, surface or size. Honeycomb is a moulded hexagonal relief under the print. Mini guards come in a matte (frosted) surface, and Mini M is also offered smooth. Country of origin: China. Sizes. What to send for the print You do not need print-ready artwork: Wangyudian lays out your photo, name and number. Ordinary pictures are accepted, with no minimum resolution. Clearer pictures give better results; approve the expected appearance in the draft. You can add photos, text, a team badge or logo, a name and a number. Use the same photo on both guards, or two different photos, one on each. The photo, the name and the number may each be left out. Put extra instructions in the notes with your files. A team of six works on the orders, including three people in customer service. Current output across all orders is 30 to 200 pairs a day. Its own team sublimation-prints your photo, name or number into the front shell, then assembles and packs the guards, and every pair is inspected before dispatch. The guard shells are bought from an external supplier. Wangyudian Sports is the company's English-language sales desk, one desk from your first message to delivery. Is Wangyudian a manufacturer or a trading company? Wangyudian is a trading company in Guangzhou that prints shin guards to order. It buys the guard shells from an external supplier; its own team handles printing, assembly and packing. You deal with the same English-speaking desk from your first message to delivery: it collects your design, sends the draft for approval and issues the quotation. What is the minimum order quantity? There is no minimum order quantity for printing on standard catalogue guards: custom printing starts at one pair, whether you order a gift, a squad set or a shop's stock. For other products, lead time and minimum order quantity depend on the product. Unprinted guards are quoted separately from the US$12–15 printed range: send the reference, sizes, quantity and destination for a quotation. Do you supply blank guards or fulfil print-on-demand and dropship orders? Plain white unprinted guards, plain white unprinted sleeves and a plain guard-and-sleeve set are listed options, and orders can ship straight to your end customer; your own forwarder or collect account can be used too. No. For eligible EU consumer consignments with a total intrinsic goods value of no more than €150, the temporary duty is €3 per customs item line, so several identical pairs grouped on one line can incur €3 in total. The grouping depends on tariff classification, description and, where required, origin; sharing an HS code alone is not always enough for one item line. Separate consignments are assessed separately, and shipments above €150 follow normal customs rules, so €3 is not a bulk-order duty cap. One personalised pair of custom shin guards is a normal order. Send the player's shin length in centimetres, the photo you want printed, the name, the number and your destination country. The desk lays out the design and sends a draft for your approval, then the pair is printed and dispatched without a separate physical sample. Can I get a sample pair first? Yes, for a larger order. The sample is quoted all-in, the pair and its shipping in one figure, and the sample fee may be credited back when a production order follows, on terms agreed on your quotation. For one pair or a few pairs there is no separate physical sample: approve the design draft and the order goes straight to production and dispatch. See first orders and larger-order samples. How long does production take? Artwork preparation usually takes 24–48 hours. For 20–100 pairs of standard printed guards, production is usually completed in 1–3 days after artwork approval; mixed sizes and different prints on each pair do not extend this estimate. For a single personalised mini shin-guard order, production usually takes 24–48 hours after artwork approval; allow an extra day over weekends. Shipping usually takes 7–15 days after dispatch. These times are a guide: your quotation states the lead time for other products, quantities or custom development, and the shipping service for your destination. You pay the cost of goods in full when you place the order, and any other charges on your quotation in full before the goods ship. Can I print my name or photo on the shin guards? Yes. Photos, text, a team badge or logo, a name and a number can all be printed on the front shell. Use the same photo on both guards, or two different photos, one on each, and leave out any of the photo, the name or the number. Put extra instructions in the notes with your order. Personalised designs are also ordered as gifts, collectibles, keepsakes, commemorations and expressions of personal beliefs. Plain white unprinted guards are a listed option too. Can printed shin guards be worn in organised matches? Player names, numbers and team emblems are usually permitted, while IFAB Law 4 prohibits political, religious or personal messages and images on players' equipment, and competition rules may further restrict size, number and placement. For match use, agree your exact artwork with the competition organiser before ordering: approving the print draft settles the print only, not match eligibility. Gifts and keepsakes are separate uses. See the IFAB Law 4 artwork guidance. Can I print a footballer's photo or a club crest? Send only images, names and logos you own or have permission to use. If a design looks like it belongs to someone else, the desk will ask before printing. Your own photo, your name and your number are the simplest design to send. Read the rights note in how customisation works before you send a club crest or a team emblem. What sizes are there, and how do I choose? Full-size guards: XS 14 × 7.5 cm, S 17 × 8 cm, M 19 × 9 cm; M is the largest. Mini guards: Mini XS 8 × 5 cm, Mini S 10 × 6 cm, Mini M 12 × 8 cm. All figures are length × width, measured flat. To choose, send the player's shin length in centimetres and age; for a squad, one measurement per player and the desk returns the size mix. Kids usually take XS or S, teenagers S, adults M. Is size M suitable for adults? Adults usually take full-size M, which is the largest size at 19 × 9 cm (length × width, measured flat). Kids usually take XS or S and teenagers S. Measure the shin to choose; the size guide gives every size in centimetres. Do you make strapped or ankle-protection shin guards? The catalogue guards are slip-in (sock-fit): they are worn inside the sock without a strap, and strapped or ankle-protection guards are not among the catalogue references. See the size guide for the guard sizes in centimetres. How do S, M and L sleeve sizes compare? S is intended for children, M for teenagers and adults, and L for adults. These are broad labels rather than measured calf-circumference ranges, and there is no fixed guard-to-sleeve size pairing, so choose each size separately. Sleeves are optional: some buyers place guards directly inside their socks. S and M are usually sold; ask about L availability. See sleeve options. Do you inspect every pair before dispatch? Yes. Who can access my design, and when is it deleted? Wangyudian's internal team can access the retained design files. Files are not shared outside the company without your consent. Designs are kept for six months, with each repeat order starting a new six-month period, and are deleted by default when that period ends. A repeat order still receives a new draft for approval before production. See design retention. How do smooth, honeycomb and frosted guards differ? Smooth and honeycomb guards have the same thickness; their surface style differs. Frosted guards are thinner and mainly intended for collections and keepsakes. Exact shell and foam thicknesses depend on the selected option; ask the desk for the option you want before ordering. See the surface and size guide. Can the print position vary between pairs? Small differences in print position can occur because the work is done by hand. Your design draft shows the layout; agree any critical alignment requirements before production. Guard measurements are listed separately in the size guide. What are the shin guards made of? The printed guards are a PP shell with a soft EVA foam liner filling the back. The front shell is printed and the black liner sits inside the shell rim. The guard is slip-in (sock-fit) and is worn without a strap. The plain stock guard WYD-SG-006 is listed as acrylic. Full-size guards come as a left and a right; use the size guide before ordering. If a material matters to you, ask for it in writing on the quotation. How do I send my photos, and what files do you need? Send your photos through WhatsApp Telegram: t.me/ryanfulfil or email sales@wangyudian.com: an ordinary picture, and your name or wording as copyable text. Clearer pictures give better print results, but there is no minimum resolution; a less clear picture can be used if you accept its appearance in the design draft. Wangyudian prepares and crops the artwork to the guard shape, so some parts of a rectangular picture may be left out. You do not need a print template. Long names can be made smaller or split over lines, with no fixed character limit, and text in any language can be copied from what you send. Approve the crop, spelling and layout on the draft before production. See the artwork guide. Is there a charge for preparing my design? Up to two standard design preparations are free. If you confirm two designs without placing an order, each further design preparation costs US$2. Agree any charge with the desk before additional design work starts. How should I care for the guards and sleeves? Do not wash the guards or expose them to high heat. Machine washing is not recommended for the sleeves; keep them away from high heat too. The design is sublimation-printed into the front shell. For a larger order, a sample can be agreed to see the print and finish before the main run. What if my parcel is lost or my order does not arrive? The desk arranges a replacement or refund for a lost or undelivered order. Send your order reference and any tracking information, and agree the resolution with the desk. See the delivery help. What happens if a pair arrives wrong? If the fault is Wangyudian's, a misprint or a wrong size against your list, you can choose a replacement or refund, and Wangyudian covers the related shipping costs. Message the desk with photos and your order reference; report transit damage the same way, with photos of the parcel and the pair. Changes after you approve the draft are not normally possible, so read the draft closely before approving. Can each Shopify order use a different mini shin-guard design? Yes. Each order can have its own customer design. Mini shin guards can be ordered from one pair and shipped directly to individual customers, including customers in Europe. Your quotation gives the exact price and states the sample cost, payment terms, packaging, shipping and timing. International shipping is available. Certificates can be applied for if needed. Tell the desk your destination and certificate requirements with your enquiry. Transit times by destination are on the shipping page. For custom shin guards, one pair or a few pairs proceed from approved artwork to production and dispatch, without a separate physical sample. For a larger order, agree the sample and production plan with the desk. Single personalised pairs, team and club sets, retailer stock and full custom are four separate order types, each quoted on its own. ## Who you contract with Your quotation and proforma invoice name the contracting seller: Guangzhou Wangyu Dian Trading Co., Ltd., or RyanFulfil, the fulfilment company behind the desk, where that suits your order. Quotations are issued in USD, EUR, GBP or SGD; other currencies on request. Schools, clubs and other organisations can be invoiced in the organisation's name. That same proforma is the only place the receiving bank account appears, in the seller's own name, and a purchase order can be addressed to the seller it names. Nobody at the desk reissues that account by email afterwards, so treat a changed account number arriving that way as wrong, whatever the message says, and message the desk on the WhatsApp number above before you send a transfer. You do not need an account: the enquiry builder prepares your message in your browser. In your browser: a tab-session lead reference, the first page you opened, and an approved public source, medium or route label where a link provides one. With the sales desk: only what you send, on WhatsApp or by email. To ask for deletion: email sales@wangyudian.com. ## What your browser keeps Your browser may keep a short lead reference, the first Wangyudian page opened in that tab, and a source. If a link includes a recognised source, medium or route label, it keeps those short tags instead of the link itself. Recognised search and social websites are recorded by name; other referring websites appear as "referral". Without a recognised tag or referring website, the source is "direct". The browser prepares those details for your WhatsApp message, email or copied enquiry. The enquiry builder does not transmit your draft or its lead reference automatically. These details stay in tab-session storage; browser session and privacy settings determine when they are cleared. ## What you send, and where it goes WhatsApp. Your message, WhatsApp name and number reach the sales desk. The prepared text adds the page name and address, first page, source and any accepted public medium or route label. Delete them before sending if you prefer. WhatsApp handles the conversation under WhatsApp's own privacy policy. Email. Mail to sales@wangyudian.com is forwarded to the sales desk's mailbox. A prepared enquiry includes the same context lines as WhatsApp and the copied version. Design files and photos. Photos, names, numbers and logos are used to make your order and the design draft you approve. Wangyudian keeps them private, and uses none of them as site imagery without your written permission. Messages and mail are kept for as long as answering and following up your enquiry needs. Your design and order details go to Wangyudian, which prints and supplies your order. ## Design retention Wangyudian keeps your design for six months. Each repeat order starts a new six-month retention period. By default, the retained design files are deleted when that period ends. For a repeat order using a retained design, you do not need to send the artwork again. Wangyudian sends a new design draft for your confirmation before production. Keep your own copy of the approved draft so you can supply it again after the retention period. Wangyudian's internal team can access the retained design files. The files are not shared outside the company without your consent. ## Hosting, fonts and traffic measurement The hosting provider keeps standard request logs, including your IP address. Page fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives it too. The sales desk uses neither service to identify you. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits and page performance. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies or local storage for analytics and does not track people across websites. Enquiry details are not passed to advertisers or data brokers. We prepare your artwork and send a draft; nothing is printed until you approve it in writing. Every pair is inspected before dispatch. Replacement or refund if the fault is ours. For a misprint or a wrong size against your list, you choose a replacement or refund, and Wangyudian covers the related shipping costs. Lost parcels are put right. For a lost or undelivered order, the desk arranges a replacement or refund. Your design is kept for repeat orders. Designs are kept for six months, and each repeat order starts a new six-month period. A repeat needs no new artwork; you still approve a fresh draft. ## How an order runs ## Send your design Your photo, names and numbers, the sizes, the quantity and your destination country. ## Approve the draft Artwork preparation usually takes 24–48 hours. Up to two standard design preparations are free. If you confirm two designs without placing an order, each further design preparation costs US$2. Agree any charge with the desk before additional design work starts. ## Print and pack You pay the cost of goods in full when you place the order. Our own team prints, assembles and packs the guards; 20–100 pairs of standard printed guards are usually completed in 1–3 days after approval. ## Inspect and ship Every pair is inspected before dispatch. Other charges on your quotation are paid before the goods ship, and shipping usually takes 7–15 days after dispatch.
